This “Shout Out” is for one of many very special nurses who has helped to take care of Jaylon. Trevorline S. – J5, thank you for your dedication to excellence and sharing your story. 07/30/09 would have been a much more difficult day without you. I know we will reconnect at the hospital once we get there.

Julie C. Thanks for all of the follow-up on the paperwork, the reassurances and the prep work for the insurance. You are a jewel!

To Tina A, Sickle Cell Nurse Practitioner, Thanks for your support over the years. Even though we will leave the Sickle Cell Clinic you will forever be a part of our “family”.  I look forward to keeping in touch with you.

Sandy S. , Social Worker. I can still remember the day we received your call, telling us that Jaylon had Sickle Cell Disease. You are a true professional in every sense of the word. Thanks for your guidance and support.

To Dr. Rhodes, Thanks for not giving up on us as we floundered to come to the best decision for Jaylon. Nashville has lost a jewel and in Columbus that jewel is all out shining!

To Dr. Soni and the BMT team – thanks for your patience with us as you answered each question time and time again.  We look forward to a good working relationship with the entire team. You have our dedication and commitment as we join with you to give Jaylon a full and rewarding life.

Most of all, Thank you Lord for putting all of these wonderful people on our path. Prayers are answered and angels do walk the earth as you show yourself in the work that they do.
